The International Neuroethics Society 2012 Annual Meeting will take place on October 11 and 12 in New Orleans as a satellite of the Society for Neuroscience meeting. Annual Meeting Costs: If you are planning to attend the meeting but are not yet a member of INS, click here to sign up to become a member first. The savings you earn by not having to pay the non-member registration fee will pay for your membership! Remember to come back and fill out the registration form after joining! The registration cost includes the October 11 reception (cash bar), and October 12 buffet breakfast and box lunch.

3 or more students register for $75 each with no membership fee. Each student will receive a free one-year student membership. This group rate for students remains in effect throughout the 2012 Annual Meeting registration. To apply, contact Karen Graham kgraham@neuroethicssociety.org Conference registration refund and cancellation requests must be received six weeks in advance of the Annual Meeting of the Society – September 1. A cancellation processing fee will be deducted from all refunds - $15 for students and $30 for members and non-members. After the refund deadline, no refunds for cancellations of any type will be made.
