Society for Neuroscience Guidelines in Obtaining a Hotel Reservation During Meeting Dates

When can we reserve hotel rooms?
Before you make your hotel reservation, you must register for Neuroscience 2010.  Once registered, make hotel reservation online, by mail, fax, or phone. Priority is given to online reservations.  Advance registration and housing opens for members on Wednesday, July 14 at noon EDT, and for nonmembers on Tuesday, July 20 at noon EDT, and for press on Wednesday, July 21. Housing for exhibitors opens at noon EDT on Tuesday, July 27.  Please note that the housing restriction will be lifted on August 30.  After this date, you will be able to secure a hotel reservation without registering for the annual meeting.
