Should we trust technology to provide mental health care?Thursday, October 17, 2019 INS Meeting SponsorsSmartphone apps, social media, the internet and digital technology are transforming mental health care. Is our increasing reliance on technology for mental health care a good thing? Can we and should we trust technology the way we trust human care providers? In this public event we will examine the challenges and opportunities in digital mental health care, and discuss the role of human experts in mental health interventions of the future. We ask: what is lost and what is gained as we turn to digital mental health?
