2019 Annual Meeting
Chicago, IL, USA
October 17-18

Janssen Neuroscience; Pharmaceutical companies of Johnson & Johnson
Stanley Center for Psychiatric Research at Broad Institute
The Kavli Foundation
Taylor & Francis; Taylor & Francis Group

We have expanded the annual meeting to two full days. This year's activities in Chicago, October 17-18, will begin Thursday morning at 9:00 a.m. and conclude Friday evening at 6:00 p.m. The meeting program features a wide range of education and networking activities for professionals at all stages of their career. All attendees must register in advance or onsite to participate in this event.

Registration provides admittance to the full 2-day schedule of events at the Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel and the Public Program at the Northwestern Medical School. Registration includes breakfast and a boxed lunch on both days, as well as the 'meet and greet' reception before the Public Program on Thursday and the reception on Friday. There is an additional cost ($30) for presenting a poster.

Again this year, the INS annual meeting is an official satellite of the Society for Neuroscience (SfN) conference, Neuroscience 2019, which starts on Saturday, October 19.

Poster Fee

All authors of accepted abstracts are encouraged to present a poster at the meeting. This year presenting authors will pay a $30 fee for each poster.

Poster fees must be paid separately from registration and payment must be received by Sunday, October 13 at 11:30 p.m. EDT to allow time to confirm the order for poster presentation boards.

We are instituting this fee to help directly offset the costs of renting poster boards and additional presentation space, and as an overall effort to keep registration fees low for all attendees. INS leadership will consider all requests for the poster fee to be waived—please email staff ([email protected]) to be eligible for this waiver.
