RegistrationRegistration gives you access to the full schedule of events for this year's annual meeting. You must register in advance to attend the meeting in Montreal or to participate virtually. Registration will open in late July. The registration deadline will likely be October 15, 2022. Only 125 spaces are available for in-person attendance. Due to this limitation and because we have received an unprecedented number of abstracts, we will be holding a staged registration process. Investigators with accepted abstracts will get priority access and should register promptly after receiving an email invitation to register. Please note that not all investigators who submitted an abstract will be able to attend the meeting in person. If we reach the maximum number of in-person participants, we will be organizing a wait list. There will be no limit to virtual attendance. For virtual participants: activities will be held synchronously on November 2, 3 and 4. Be sure to check your local time for all sessions to make sure you will be able to participate. Please be aware that a reliable internet connection capable of streaming video is required to view and contribute. Pricing
The 'high-income' and 'low/middle' (low-income and middle-income) terms used in the tables above refer to economy designations by country as defined by the World Bank. People who reside, study, or work in a country included in the low- and middle-income categories — or are originally from or consider it to be their home country — are eligible for the lower rates advertised in these columns. DiscountsWe offer the following stipends and registration discounts for groups and individuals. Contact Karen Graham ([email protected]) to discuss these options and available pricing.
Wait ListOnly 125 spaces are available for in-person attendance. We encourage you to register as soon as you receive an invite to register — expected in late July. If this maximum is reached, we will be organizing a wait. There will be no limit to virtual attendance. More details will be announced. HotelWe will announce information about the pricing for a hotel in Montreal. CancellationNotice of cancellation and requests for a refund must be received by staff by October 29, 2021.
