PricingINS Membership – Membership provides access to significantly lower registration rates for both in-person meeting participation and virtual participation. Please join or renew your membership before registering. To check your membership status, log in to the website and access your member profile. Residency Status – People who reside, study, work, or are originally from or associated with a country that is designated by the World Bank as having a low-income or middle-income economy are eligible for lower rates. Reference the list of income classifications by country (xlsx) to determine if the country or countries in which you live or have an affiliation with are designated as low or middle income. In-person Attendance Registered in-person attendees will have access to the all sessions held at The Belvedere on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday — April 17-19. Drinks, breakfast snacks, and boxed lunches on Wednesday and Thursday will also be provided. In-person registration also grants you access to the virtual Gather space, Zoom links to watch online, and access to recorded sessions after the event.
Virtual Participation Virtual participants will be able to watch and ask questions during most — but not all — plenary sessions. The film screening and music performance will not be broadcast virtually, and some virtual activities may take place at the same time as in-person activities. See the schedule for details.

Please note: authors invited to give research talks and poster presentations are not eligible for this speaker discount, but may still receive another discount or waiver. CancellationNotice of cancellation and requests for a refund must be received by staff by March 15, 2024. A cancellation processing fee will be deducted from all refunds: $20 for students, trainees, and postdocs; and $30 for regular members and non-members.
